I’ve been a business owner for 18 years, and almost everything I know about growth, resilience, and small‑business management comes from living it — not studying it from the outside. I’ve built businesses through fast growth, slow seasons, unexpected setbacks, and the kind of hard lessons you only learn when you’re the one responsible for everything.
Over time, I learned how to steady a business when things felt chaotic, how to rebuild after mistakes, and how to create systems that make work easier instead of heavier. I learned how to scale without losing myself. And I learned how much clarity matters when you’re carrying the weight of a business on your shoulders.
